In keeping with our mission our formulation fees are lower than most.  This fee covers the cost to create a specialized diet made specific for your fur baby.  Each diet is handpicked for your pet.

Get Our Expert Suggestions

For orders where there is a medical need for a restricted diet our veterinary team will work with your veterinarian to create a custom recipe.  Our formulators who are Certified Veterinary Formulators will contact you to review a list of recommendations.

Received a Balanced Meal to Meet Your Pet's Needs

Your pet’s custom food is delivered to you monthly. You can customize your deliver schedule to fit your pet’s needs after your first order.

Complete free nutrition consultation

Step 1: Our Certified Nutrition Consultant will work with you to gather information including medical, nutritional, and pet health history, through a detailed questionnaire.
Step 2: A consultation with our Nutrition team led by our Board Certified Veterinary Nutritionist® Dr. Dan Su to review the questionnaire and provide custom diet recommendations.

Pay one-time formulation fee

A one-time fee of $250 will allow our veterinary team to start the process.  This fee is for our formulators (all veterinarians) to review your pet's medical records, consult with you and your primary care veterinarian, and ultimately create the diet.  It will also be applied as a credit to any fresh prepared meals you choose to purchase!

Collect & Review your pet's medical records

Your pet's medical records will be collected by our nutrition team to ensure that all aspects of their health are considered as a diet is being designed.

We formulate the perfect diet

A veterinary formulator will be assigned to create your pet's custom diet.  This process typically takes 2-3 weeks.

Choose between fresh prepared meals or do-it-yourself

Prepared custom meals are made in our kitchens, while our DIY option allows you to prepare your pet's custom meal at home by shopping for food ingredients and adding our nutrient blend. The meals typically take 2 weeks to arrive at your address after the order is placed.

Changing your pet's life is a simple process

Prepared meals and DIY nutrient blends are shipped via FedEx to your residence (no PO boxes).
